Sharon Weaver is the Head of Customer Education at Drishti. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with extensive experience spearheading global learning programs in a SaaS environment. Sharon’s favorite accomplishments center around seeing those “aha” moments for her learners and creating positive and lasting change in organizations. Drishti was a natural choice for Sharon as she grew up in a “mill town” where most jobs are on the factory floor; and she believes in continuous improvement as a way of life. Sharon was the founding head of the Customer Education team in 2020.
