As a Drishti customer, you need to know the current status of your lines and how the Drishti solution is working to measure their performance. This means quick access to how each line is set up, daily metrics that matter and quick access to your Drishti line solution.
That’s why we’ve enhanced the Drishti homepage. It’s your gateway to the video and analytics that make up the Drishti solution.
Every day in Drishti starts on the homepage. Here you’ll find a single daily snapshot of each line’s performance— average cycle times, line balance ratio, bottleneck station and more. Clicking on each statistic for a line will bring you to the associated analytics, so you can zero in on trouble spots quickly.
When lines change because of events, such as new products and additional shifts, you’ll be up to date on your Drishti setup with the new homepage. You now have visibility into the number of stations, cameras installed, products running and shifts scheduled.
Additionally, you have visibility into the Drishti solution—how it was built for you with different levels of video and data on each station and when that information is being delivered via our analytics. The Drishti Data section acts as your guide to these analytics. And while the names have all changed, the functionality stays the same.
Video - provides visual traceability at each station and is your video system of record for everyday performance and incidents on the line
Cycle - gives you cycle detection data that is used to understand variability
Action - delivers critical action detection to manage deviations from standard work
When your cycle and action data is sampled and scheduled, you’ll see the appropriate symbol for scheduled data.
When it’s delivered in real-time, the real-time icon is displayed.
Clicking on the Drishti Data text box takes you to the Genba screens, where you can see exactly which station has streams for video, cycle detection and action detection data.
