Sometimes, you need to take a closer look.
If your products have complex processes, the extra detail can be incredibly beneficial to identifying issues. That’s why we have added a zoom feature to the videos in our Gemba and Search tabs.
Hover over the video player and click on the magnifying glass icon on the bottom panel (next to the video speed controller). Here, you can select how zoomed-in you would like your video to be. Double click on the video to zoom in, move your cursor to pan across the video, and double click again to zoom out.
