Reporting software issues shouldn’t be hard nor should it feel disconnected. Here at Drishti, we believe the faster you can alert us to problems you're having and do it in a consistent way, the easier support becomes.
So, we’re offering a way to submit a ticket directly to your customer success team via the Drishti Portal. This ticketing system is fully integrated with our support systems. When you submit a ticket it goes directly to your Customer Success Manager and is recorded for a full history of issues and resolutions.
To access our ticketing system, simply click on the "How can we help?" icon at the bottom right of any page.
We will need your name, email address, the subject of your issue and a short description of the problem. When adding your description, you may want to consider the following questions:
Additionally, we provide some categories for your issue and based on the category you choose you may be prompted to enter a category type. For example, our Portal Issue category has the following types:
Please know that these categories are NOT required, so if you don’t know how to categorize something, you can still submit your ticket.
Once you submit your ticket, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
