Knowing what is happening on the floor moment to moment can help provide quick feedback to people on the line. It can also help you be proactive with issues that might slow things down or cause defective products.
Now, with Drishti Analytics Live View you can see a live day or shift view of our Anomalies, Standardized Work Audit and Station Variability reports when AI data sources are selected. We have updated our standard date filters for these reports—incorporating these changes into the way you’ve always used them. You now have the option alongside the custom date filter to “go Live” and see anomalies, errors, warnings and station variability for the day or during a shift.
When you are in live view for the shift, the date and time will refresh automatically to show you data for the current shift only. When you select the live view for the day, the date will reflect the current day with all shift data until that time point.
These immediate snapshots of performance are great for motivating line personnel. They can be used on the floor for visual management—setup on a monitor or at a station to provide an overview of the work in progress or of what has been accomplished by the end of a shift.
Taking immediate action with Drishti just got a lot easier. You’ll instantly understand which charts can be viewed live, so decisions happen even faster. Here is a list of the available reports and how they can be used in Live View.
With real-time information, the line can be monitored for instant action that prevents delays and stops potential quality issues in their tracks.
