Alongside our Station Variability by Action report, we have developed the Action Variability report. If you have action detection at a station, this chart breaks down each action detected at that station into a frequency graph.
This visualization, like our Station Variability report, allows you to quickly drill into the short and long tail of the distributed time buckets. And, you will immediately understand the most common completion time of each action and how variable they are. Each action count on the y-axis is backed by video, so you get to see what is causing actions to run long or short.
With only a couple of clicks you can view just the action that is performed and see the entire cycle video to get more context. In no time, you will be making decisions that significantly impact your next production run.
