Opportunities and lessons from the front lines of digital performance

A few weeks ago, the Leuphana Digital Leadership Campus invited Drishti and ZF to co-present a live webinar about how large manufacturers successfully build digital skills and help their workforces adapt to new technology.

Joined by ZF’s Scott Cameron, we had a wide ranging discussion that started with Hootie and the Blowfish and, I promise, got better from there. Of the 30 minute discussion, the most interesting part was when Scott described the dichotomy between the startup mentality (“Move fast! Break things!”) and the mentality of the established manufacturer (“It’s worked just fine for 30 years…”).
